The activity of women’s development cell addresses the problems of women employees/students and attempt to empower women.

Scope: The Women’s Development Cell of MM College of Pharmacy purports to conduct activities for the students, teachers and administrators/supporting staff of the college.

OBJECTIVES

1. To create awareness on equal opportunity for women.
2. To provide a harassment free working atmosphere
3. To conduct programmes for ladies to empower them financially, emotionally, mentally and physically.
4. To deal appropriately with reported cases of sexual harassment, abuse or discrimination.
